1. Booking & Deposit
 
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment price.
 

2. Rescheduling
 
Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change your appointment.
 

3. Cancellations
 
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits may be retained where permitted by applicable consumer law and where they reasonably reflect costs or losses caused by the cancellation.
 

4. Late Arrivals
 
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may reduce your treatment time, and appointments may need to be rescheduled if there is not enough time to safely complete the treatment.
 

5. Treatment Suitability
 
A consultation and relevant information may be required before treatment. MUSE HAUS reserves the right to decline or postpone a treatment where it is considered unsuitable or unsafe.
 

6. Results
 
Results vary from person to person and may depend on individual skin type, lifestyle, aftercare and healing. While we aim to provide the best possible results, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
 

7. Payment
 
The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance.
 

8. Photography
 
Before and after photographs may be taken for treatment records. Photographs will only be used for marketing purposes with your appropriate consent.
 

9. Customer Rights
 

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
