Cancellation & Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure all appointments at MUSE HAUS. The deposit will be deducted from the final treatment price.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as early as possible. Deposits may be retained where permitted by applicable consumer law and where they reasonably reflect costs or losses resulting from the cancellation.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times, subject to availability. Further changes may require a new deposit.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive significantly late and there is not enough time to safely complete your treatment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice may result in the loss of your deposit, where permitted by applicable consumer law. A new deposit may be required to make another booking.
By paying your deposit and confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
